In the age of online videos and video blogs, how far is it justified to be able to download your favorite videos from sites like YouTube? Well, it’s a tricky question, considering the fact that many of those videos are not meant to be there in the first place. I suggest a modest policy of downloading such videos but abstaining from spreading them around.
Here is how you go about that. Download and install Firefox from http://www.GetFirefox.com if you don’t have it already. Then go to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2584/ and install the add-on from your Firefox browser. You will be prompted to restart the browser. After the restart, you should see the Ook! icon in the left-bottom corner of the browser window.
While watching a video, if you decide to download it, just click on the Ook icon and your download should start immediately.
