Dell issues OS refund to linux user

Dell refunded 55.23 pounds ($105) to a UK based customer, who prefers Linux to windows and refused to accept the Microsoft End User License Agreement. Dave Mitchell never booted windows on his Dell Inspiron 640m laptop and refused to accept the EULA, and has since received a refund from Dell Corporation.
